1. This website uses no cookies

No profiling cookies, no analytics cookies, and no technical cookies. It contacts no third parties while you read it, at any point while you browse, and writes nothing to your device. The only operation the website carries out on your device is deleting the cookies left by our previous website (section 3).

That is why you will not find a banner to accept or reject: there is nothing to consent to.

2. This is no accident: it is how the website is built

Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, not loaded from external providers. The map on the contact page is our own image, not an interactive map from a provider. Videos are links: where a preview image is shown, it is served by us. Event registrations, programme questionnaires, bookings and the WhatsApp link are links, not embedded content: nothing is sent until you open them. Visitor statistics, in aggregate form, are taken from the server logs, not from tools on your device (privacy policy, section A).

The applicable rules (Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Cookie Guidelines adopted by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021) do not cover only “cookies”, but the storing of information on your device and the gaining of access to information already stored there. This page follows the same approach: nothing new is written to your device, as a cookie or in any other form, and the only access is the deletion described in section 3.

The automatic check that runs each time the website is updated makes sure this stays true: if a page contacted an undeclared third party, or wrote anything to your device, the update would be rejected.

3. We delete the cookies left by our previous website

Our previous website, at the same address, used analytics and marketing tools that may have left cookies on your device. For your browser, they belong to our domain, and they would not otherwise be removed.

The first time a page loads, we delete them. We neither use nor keep the content of those cookies: the only operation is the deletion, and nothing leaves your device.

4. If this ever changes

If we introduced a tool that requires your consent, you would find it declared on this page, and you would be asked for your consent before it loads. No third-party tool is activated on this website without first being declared in the register of tools from which this page is generated.

5. Your browser settings

You can in any case manage cookies in your browser settings, bearing in mind that those settings apply to all websites, not just this one.

6. Your data, in any case

This website uses no cookies, but it does process personal data when you write to us through the forms or on WhatsApp, and when you sign up for something through the website’s links, and it records the technical browsing data that every web server records. All of this is described in the privacy policy, which we recommend you read: there you will find the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your rights.
